Return & Refund Policy
Our return policy covers 30 days for a product you have purchased from us and are not satisfied with for reasons other than warranty. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted such as any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error does not qualify for a return.
We are not responsible for any costs incurring in sending a return to us.
The processing time for a return is 7 days from the time we receive the returned product.

Warrenty Policy
There is no warranty on seeds or plants. Some products such as bags, bracelets, paddles or bird houses may have a warranty of 30 days from the data of purchase at our discretion. Warranty would cover manufacturer defects and does not cover misuse, abuse, neglect and is void if the product has been altered or serviced by an unauthorized service agent.
You will require proof of purchase and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. In the event of a warranty claim please email [email protected] and include pictures of the issue as well as any description and proof of purchase. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Shipping Policy
Barkway Farms shipping timeline is 0-2 business days for handling and 1-7 days for shipping within Ontario, Canada for a total of 1-9 business days to addresses in Canada. We are not liable if the shipping company is late but these are a generous guideline based on our experience with our shipping provider. Our cut off time is 4pm EST to be considered a business day.
We do not offer shipping or sales out of Ontario, Canada at this time.
If you did not receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered please let us know as soon as possible at [email protected] and we will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement may be involved and we will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete if the investigation shows the order was not shipped correctly. Please allow up to 30 days for the investigation.
